We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, we will gladly return or exchange your merchandise.

Should you need to return an item to The Purple Turtle, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. You may return unused items in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or refund. Used items and personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

1. To return an item(s), circle the item(s) on the packing slip you are returning. Note your reason for return.

2. Indicate if you prefer a credit or exchange. If exchanging, let us know what you would like by noting the name, color, size and quantity.

3. If the shipping address has changed, please include the proper address.

4. Pack and seal the return securely and include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid-we cannot accept C.O.D.'s.
